ประเทศไทยได้ประกาศใช้กฎหมายเพื่อคุ้มครองสัตว์เป็นครั้งแรก เรียกว่า พรบ.ป้องกันการทารุณกรรมสัตว์ฯ โดยมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่ 27 ธันวาคม 2557 รายละเอียดของ พรบ.ใหม่ตัวนี้อยู่ในไฟล์แนบ สำหรับวันนี้เองก็ได้มีข่าวในการเริ่มบังคับใช้กฎหมายดังกล่าวกับกรณีที่มีชาวบ้านเอามีดฟันสุนัขซึ่งถือเป็นความผิดอาญาที่ยอมความไม่ได้แม้เจ้าของสุนัขที่ถูกทำร้ายจะยินยอมไม่เอาเรื่องก็ตาม http://www.thairath.co.th/content/472907

การกู้ยืมไม่ทำสัญญาถือว่าการกู้ยืมสมบูรณ์หรือยัง หลายๆคนคงจะเคยมีข้อถกเถียงกันว่าผู้กู้ยืมยังไม่ได้ทำเอกสารสัญญากับผู้ให้กู้เลย ดังนั้นยังไม่เคยมีการกู้ยืมเกิดขึ้น หลายๆคนอาจเคยเข้าใจว่าในการกู้ยืมเงิน หรือภาษาชาวบ้านที่เรียกว่ายืมเงินนั้นต้องมีการทำสัญญากันก่อนจึงจะถือว่ามีการยืมเงินกันแล้ว แต่ในความเป็นจริงแล้วกฎหมายมีการวางหลักเอาไว้ชัดเจนในเรื่องของการกู้ยืมโดยมีหลักง่ายๆตามที่วางหลักไว้ในประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ มาตรา 650 และมาตรา 653 โดยสรุปแล้ว 1.…
